The concept was to illustrate the process of transitioning from roasted coffee beans, through grounds, into coffee. Proper Grounds is a coffee roaster and the care that they take in picking their beans and roasting them is a very hands-on process, which is also illustrated by the photograph.

The commercial food & beverage photograph of the latte art was created to show the great care and creativity that goes into every drink that is served at Proper Grounds. It was also created with the intent of being used as wall art.

The Tincup Whisky commercial food & beverage photograph was shot utilizing different lighting that I normally use for beverages. Great care was taken to make sure that the embossed lettering on the bottle remained legible.

This commercial industrial process photograph captures part of the process that glass goes through prior to becoming spun fiberglass insulation in the Johns Manville R&D department. The image was shot for use in annual reports as well as other corporate advertising.

This commercial product photograph was something that I created as a thank you for the marketing team at Johns Manville. I took the different backing materials that they had provided for the shoot, folded them into origami birds, and shot the scene from various angles. This image is one in a series that was printed on aluminum plates and presented to the members of the team at the conclusion of the project.

There are many products utilized in this office, however they are cleverly disguised as carpet, ceiling tiles, fabric covered panels, etc. The images were created for use in internal and external advertising and marketing efforts.
